My related blog click here ( What is the difference between religion and spirituality? – Spirituality vs Religion: What’s the 1 Difference? )
I hope you have read that blog, so now coming to your answer, yes it is absolutely possible that you can remain spiritual without becoming religious. The reason for this is that as you have come to know from that blog that what is the difference between religion and spirituality, you have understood that religion is also a path
which takes us towards spirituality. Here it is important that what is our goal. Our goal is to become spiritual and religion is a path for that. It is not necessary that you achieve your goal from the path you are walking on. You can move ahead in your path very efficiently by knowing about other paths and learning from those paths as well.
Every religion of the world has only one aim that is to make a person spiritual who is related to that religion, no matter which religion of the world he belongs to, the important thing is that he should move forward using that religion and become more spiritual. As I explained in my blog that all religions have only one aim and that is to make the person who is following that religion spiritual.
Religion is a kind of policy or rules and regulations, an easy way to make yourself spiritual and to move forward towards your God in a more easy way but if a person knows that his religion is not able to answer those questions of his mind which are stopping him from becoming spiritual, stopping him from attaining God, then according to the principles of spirituality, that person should study other religions along with his own religion and should understand their knowledge and their experience, those paths also.
You should search for the path which is mentioned in other religions also for attaining God.
Spiritual but not Religious
Why are you asking this question? Because you want to make yourself spiritual and you want to strengthen your relationship with your God. You always want to keep that connection with your God full. That is why you are asking this question.
Therefore, a person should always keep his God as his goal, no matter which religion he belongs to, but he should have faith in his God or the God about whom he has been taught and told since childhood in his religion, even if he takes other religions, their principles, the things taught in them, knowledge, etc. as the basis of his education, and he can progress further in attaining his God, but it is important for a person to keep his faith and respect in only one God and move forward towards his own God by taking knowledge and experiences from all other principles and all other religions.

Because it is not necessary that “who has said knowledge” because if a person keeps on thinking about “who has said which thing or who has given which knowledge then he will be deprived of the real essence”.
The question is not “who has said what but the question is that what has the person said.”
If you keep on searching who has said what, then you will not be able to understand the meaning of what has been said. That is why always believe that whatever has been said in any religion has come from our own God because even though you may find different things in different religions but their basic principle is the same. We all have been created by the same God. You will have to understand this.
The difference between religion and spirituality is that in spirituality a person takes all the knowledge from everywhere and moves forward by applying it towards his own God.
He respects all religions and wherever he gets knowledge, wherever he gets devotion, wherever he gets such knowledge which gives him more motivation to move forward in his spiritual journey, he takes that knowledge from everywhere and moves forward towards his God by meeting his knowledge and makes himself more spiritual.
