If you think carefully, we can call only that thing ours which is at some distance from us and which is not us. Here the explanation of what happen after death
Like we say this is my car, this is my phone, this is my wife, this is my son, this is my stuff, it means that we are not that stuff, that wife, that son, that phone.
There is some difference between them and us, there is some distance, only then we can call them ours, that they are ours, but are we them, no we are not them, they are our wife, son, phone, stuff etc.
Along with this, if you ask someone whose body is this, whose eye is this, whose ear is this, then what will he say, this is our body.
If you ask anyone, he will tell you this and this is it.
He says it very simply as if this thing is present in his brain since birth, if you ask any child, he will say that this is my hand, this is my body, this is my nose, this is my ear, this is my mind, my mind is thinking like this, what does it mean, that knowingly or unknowingly he is showing that he himself is above and separate from the physical intellect, mind, body, eyes, ears, nose etc.
That is why he is calling it his. Is he saying that I am the body or this mother is me? No, he is saying that this is his body, this is his mind. ( Life After Death)
This means that every person knows that he is not this body. He also knows that this mind is also not him. In the same way, this body is given to you by nature like a cloth so that you can wear that body and you can make the qualities of your soul more rich and increase them through that body.

When the time comes, the person is afraid of leaving this body because after living with this body for so long, he starts thinking of the body as himself and when that body is taken away from him, then he starts fearing that thing.
Because he is very much attached to the body, he considers the body to be his own in his life, but if a person thinks with this intelligence and keeps himself detached from this thing and lives his life thinking that he is not this body, then most of the problems will get solved automatically.
Remembrance of Death brings power to you
Most of the problems in our life are because we consider this body as our own. We think that we are this body. That is why we become effective in causing trouble to ourselves by creating diseases of this body and relations of this body. ( Life After Death)
When a person leaves this body, his subtle body remains here but his subtle body moves forward carrying the qualities and properties of his actions with it and searches for a new body which can carry forward those qualities and properties.
A person should spend his life in devotion to God and worship of him so that when his last moments come, he can leave this body while remembering his God.
It is often seen that people are scared at the last moment, which is a very common thing, but it is said that whatever feeling we have at the last moment with which we leave this body, we get a new body connected to this body through the same feeling.
That is why we should take the name of God at the last moment so that when the soul leaves this body and the subtle body moves forward in search of another body, its search should begin with the name of God. ( Life After Death)
There are many things that you can know by reading Garuda Purana, a Hindu text, about what happens after death.
The knowledge of everything is given in a very simple way in that text. But my question is that when we are living this life then why should we think about what will happen after death.
Has this life become so empty that we even have time to think about what will happen after death?Try to fill your life with good memories, good thoughts, good deeds and a very big goal and while achieving that goal, dedicate every action of your life to God and live a life full of satisfaction, peace and happiness.
If this question comes to your mind, then just remember that death is inevitable; it is bound to come one day, so when death has to come, why not live today with full happiness as if it is the last day.
I pray to God for happiness in your life. May your mind become calm, may you get answers to all your questions, may you get the darshan of your God, may you get a very happy life and may all your dreams come true, this is my prayer to God that whoever is reading this.
